Sashiko mixed pattern - Kakumaru Narabe
A set of patterns that fills randomly arranged rounded squares of various sizes with 10 types of traditional patterns. The image shows a finished hana fukin using 3 warm toned colors (details in instructions).
For the blue sampler shown, Olympus threads were used: ST-191 Ocean, ST-123 Teal, ST-109 Denim Blue, ST-119 Air Force Blue, ST-103 Navy Blue, ST-137 Mustard plus a tiny bit of hand dyed thread for the ties in the bottom corner section. Some liberties were also taken with the overall stitching!
