The Loren Bag Pattern

Enjoy making the Loren - a cleverly designed tote bag that can fit all the essentials, or be folded up and carried with you.

The simple design means that the bag is quick and easy to make, and the fabric used makes a lovely statement. 

This project makes economical use of fabric - you need just half a metre of the main and lining fabric.

Our samples use the following fabrics: 

• Brown floral: Kobayashi Kaika K1594-D
• Grey striped pattern: Kobayashi Lines B
• Navy/Red Stitched Fabric: Sashiko Stitch s256E
• Grey floral: Kobayashi Double Woven Jacquard - Asanoha & Chrysanthemums

50cm feature fabric

50cm lining fabric

60cm by 150cm wide lightweight iron on interfacing, available here.
