This book is a must to purchase if you love sashiko as I do. It has step-by-step instructions showing classic Japanese embroidery, and the items listed to make are all very useful and popular. The designs are versatile as you can use your favourite stitches as well. It's a must for a Sashiko enthusiast and I highly recommend it.

This book is informative, simple to use and the photos are clear and delightful. It focuses completely on hanafukin but the design templates can be easily transferred to other projects. A great starting book for the beginner or advanced stitcher who loves the look of these timeless designs.
