Description

The BeBe Bold Crossover Shirt is very comfortable to wear and is designed for sizes 10-18.

For size 10 to 12: Five metres of traditional Japanese silk, cotton or wool that is approximately 35cm (14in) wide will make a beautiful crossover shirt.
Alternatively this shirt can be made using fabric that is the conventional width: 110 - 112cm (44in).

Pattern is based on Australian standard sizing

Requirements for a shirt size 10-12:

5 metres of 35cm width fabric:

Japanese kimono silk, cotton Yukata, Kasuri or Tsumugi Stripes

Alternatively:

1.8metres of fabric 112cm wide:

For a traditional Kimono look: Takumi fabrics.
For an original look: Tsumugi Stripes W series or Sakizome Momen

Requirement for a Shirt size 14-18

6.20 metres of 35cm width fabric

2.2 metres of fabric 112cm wide

Nicely cut boxy style jacket, went together well, I used a light weight Japanese print cotton from my stash. I would recommend this pattern for confident beginners and up. I didn’t make any changes. This is a lovely coverup and I am happy with the outcome.
