Sashiko Sampler Square Turtle Tie- Navy - H-2019

Have fun making a sampler cloth and learn how quick, easy and addictive hitomezashi (one stitch) traditional Japanese patterns are to do. 
Hitomezashi is stitched vertically and horizontally across the cloth and then diagonally following the stencilled lines on the muslin. 

This sampler uses approximately 3x 20m skeins of Olympus sashiko thread, or one 80m ball of Olympus fine sashiko thread

Please note: Only available with Japanese instructions however these are very detailed, clear and easy to follow.

These samplers can be used in quilts, bags, cushions, clothing or simply used as a table napkin as they wash very well.
