Postage and Shipping:
All orders are sent using either Australia Post or a Courier Service as soon as possible, within 3 working days of receipt of the order. We will always contact you to discuss your order if for whatever reason your order will be delayed beyond this time. An approximate timeframe for delivery of orders to urban centres on the East Coast is one working week, which generally also applies to rural areas in NSW. For remote areas in states like Western Australia expected delivery is 2-3 weeks. BeBe Bold always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.
All orders over $150 within Australia will receive free postage.

Regular Post:
$0 - $80 = $12
$80 - $120 = $16.00
Over $150 = Free Shipping
Express Post:
$0 - $50 = $15.5
$50 - $120 = $19
$150 and over = $10
International customers unfortunately do not qualify for free shipping.
Returns and Refunds:
BeBe Bold does not accept responsibility for a product once it has left our premises, however, if a product arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, BeBe Bold will evaluate the circumstances for replacement based on a case by case situation.
